In Javanese, “ing pawon” means “in the kitchen”. For us, it is where care begins, stories are shared, and simple ingredients become something worth passing on.

Heritage that keeps moving.
Founded in 2017, Ing Pawon brings Indonesia’s traditional spice drinks into everyday life. Led by founder dr. Agnes Sukenty Niken and co-founder Daniel Hendrawan, we combine a love of local flavours with practical, modern formats.
We believe traditional Indonesian flavours belong in the present. That can mean a warm glass at home, a refreshing café creation, or a new discovery on the other side of the world. The recipe for our future is simple: stay connected to our roots, and keep finding new ways to share them.
